UK Delivery

We currently ship throughout the United Kingdom using Royal Mail Tracked 48.

Shipping Cost

Dispatch Times

Orders are usually dispatched within 1 business day of payment being received.

Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Delivery Times

Once dispatched, delivery is typically 2–3 business days with Royal Mail Tracked 48.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by factors outside of our control.

Tracking

All orders are sent using a tracked service. You’ll receive tracking details once your order has been dispatched where applicable.

Packaging

All orders are sent in plain, discreet packaging with no obvious branding on the outside for your privacy.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your parcel has not arrived within 10 working days of dispatch, please contact us and we’ll investigate with Royal Mail.
